This waiting list is for Public Housing rental housing assistance in Tarpon Springs, Florida.

The Tarpon Springs Housing Authority (TSHA) is accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for 2 and 3-Bedrrom apartments from the earliest confirmed date of September 22, 2023, until further notice.

There are two ways to apply while the waiting list is open:

Once the application has been completed, it must be mailed to the Tarpon Springs Housing Authority, 500 S. Walton Avenue, Tarpon Springs, FL 34689.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

  • Current Tarpon Springs residents who can prove they have resided in Tarpon Springs for the last 12 months.
  • Applicants that qualify as working families, persons 62 and older, or persons with disabilities.

It is not known how applicants will be placed on the waiting list.
