Please note: According to the HAS "Waiting list is for the HCV/Section 8 program for: Elderly (62 or older), Handicap and Disabled (Must be the head of household if applying as elderly or disabled on this day) If you apply on this date and are not elderly, disabled or handicap, your application will be denied."
