The Manchester Housing and Redevelopment Authority (MHRA) is accepting Supportive Services Low-Income Housing Tax Credit waiting list applications for 1-Bedroom apartments from the earliest confirmed date of May 19, 2022, until further notice.

Please note: According to the MHRA, applicants "Must meet all criteria

  1. Elderly or disabled
  2. Homeless or at-risk of homelessness
  3. In need of assistance with a minimum of 2 Instrumental Activities of Daily Living (i.e. meals, housekeeping, laundry, coordination of transportation)
  4. A Household with members under the age of 18 are ineligible"

There are two ways to apply during the opening period:

Supportive Services, 1-Bedroom, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit has preferences for: Displaced by Natural Disaster, Live, Work, or Attend School Locally, Veterans, Homeless, Displaced by Government Action. Preferences are not required but Project-Based applicants that meet these criteria will be moved up the waiting list.
