The Richland Center Housing Authority (RCHA) is accepting Senior and Disabled Public Housing waiting list applications from the earliest confirmed open date of August 9, 2023, until further notice.

Please note: The RCHA does not offer a family Public Housing program. The RCHA offers one Public Housing community with 59 units for senior/disabled households, ranging size from 1 to 2 bedrooms.
