The Housing Authority of Maysville (HAM) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The HAM offers three Public Housing communities with 259 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from studios to 5 bedrooms.There are two ways to apply:

  1. Visit the HAM to pick up a pre-application, located at 600 Clark St., Maysville, KY 41056, during normal office hours.
  2. Download all eight sections of the pre-application online here, then print and complete.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it must be hand delivered to the address listed above during normal office hours.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: 
  • Verification of Income: 3 most recent original check stubs, recent Social Security Notice, Pension Benefits Letter, KTAP Verification, Unemployment Notice, Food Stamps Notice, Child Support Verification, etc. 
  • Verification of your Current Address if it is not on your ID or Driver's License.
  • Social Security Cards for all household members on the application. 
  • Birth Certificates for all household members on the application. 
  • Driver's License or Photo ID for all the adult (18+) members in your household
  • Legal separation papers or divorce decree and/or custody documentation
  • If claiming a preference, you must provide documentation.
