Please note: The Green Bay Housing Authority covers Brown County, WI.The Green Bay Housing Authority (GBHA) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The GBHA offers two Public Housing communities with 203 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.There are three ways to apply:

  1. Visit the GBHA to pick up a pre-application, located at 100 N Jefferson St., Green Bay, WI 54301, during normal office hours.
  2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (920) 448-3400 during normal office hours.
  3. Submit an online pre-application here.
Once the paper application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.No documents are needed at this time.The GBHA does have a preference point system that may improve your spot on the waiting list: Live and/or work in Brown County, displaced by natural disaster, displaced by government action, victim of domestic violence, homeless, elderly, disabled, veteran families, working families, completed or enrolled in an educational or job training program.For more information, visit the GBHA website, or call the office at (920) 448-3400 during normal office hours.
