This waiting list is for Other Project Based rental housing assistance in Macon, Georgia.

The Macon Housing Authority (MHA) last accepted Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) waiting list applications for Davis Village Apartments from April 16, 2024, until April 23, 2024. There is no notice when this waiting list will reopen.

This waiting list was for the following property:

  • Davis Village Apartments 

There were four ways to apply while the waitlist was open:

  1. Print the paper application.
  2. Email Davis Village to request an application.
  3. Call the MHA to request an application.

Once the paper application was completed, it was to be either:

  1. Mailed to the Macon Housing Authority.
  2. Emailed to Davis Village
  3. Dropped off at the MHA drop box.

This waiting list had the following preferences:

  • Working families.
  • Elderly/Disabled families.
  • Homeless families living in a shelter.

It was not known how applicants were placed on the waiting list, by order of preferences.
