The Lincoln Hills Development Corporation (LHDC) on behalf of the Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority (IHCDA) is accepting Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher waiting list applications from January 15, 2024 at 7:30 am CT, until further notice. This is the first time the waitlist list has been open since it closed in August, 2022.

This waiting list has the following preferences:

  • Local Residency
  • Person residing in an institutional setting or at risk of being placed in an institutional setting.
  • Working Families
  • Elderly
  • Non-Elderly Family Member with Disability
  • Family Member with a Disability
  • Youth Exiting Foster Care
  • Child Welfare Involved Families
  • Displacement due to Natural Disaster

Selected applicants will be placed on the waiting list by date and time the application is received, weighed by order of preferences.
