The Housing Authority of the City of Beckley (HACB) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list applications for families and senior/disabled individuals.The HACB offers one Public Housing community with 209 units for families and senior/disabled individuals.There are two ways to apply:

  1. Visit the HACB to pick up an application, located at 100 Beckwoods Dr., Beckley, WV 25801, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
  2. Request to have an application mailed to you by calling (304) 256-1772, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
Once the application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above. No documents are needed at this time.The HACB does have a preference for working families and applicants that are enrolled in an educational or job training program.For more information, the HACB can be reached by calling (304) 256-1772, from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
