The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Crosby (HRAC) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.The HRAC offers one Public Housing community with 120 units for families and senior/disabled households, ranging in size from 1 to 4 bedrooms.There are four ways to apply: 

  1. Visit the HRAC to pick up a pre-application, located at 300 3rd St. NE, Crosby, MN 56441 during normal office hours.
  2. Call (218) 546-5088 to request to have a pre-application mailed to you.
  3. Send an email to the HRAC to request to have a pre-application mailed to you.
  4. Download the pre-application online here, then print and complete.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above or faxed to (218) 546-5041.Be sure to include these documents with the pre-application: If claiming the veterans preference, include the DD214 document with the pre-application.The HRAC does have a preference for: Veterans.For more information, visit the HRAC website, or call the office at (218) 546-5088 during normal office hours.
