The Housing and Redevelopment Authority of Blue Earth (HRABE) is currently accepting Public Housing waiting list pre-applications for families and senior/disabled households.Please note: The HRABE only offers one bedroom units.The HRABE offers one Public Housing community with 54 units for families and senior/disabled households.There are two ways to apply: 

  1. Visit the HRABE to pick up a pre-application, located at 220 E 7th Street, Blue Earth, MN 56013, from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm CT, Monday-Friday.
  2. Request to have a pre-application mailed to you by calling (507) 526-2981 from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
Once the pre-application has been completed, it can be mailed or hand delivered to the address listed above.No documents are needed at this time.The HRABE does have a preference for senior or disabled applicants.For more information, the HRABE can be reached by calling (507) 526-2981 from 8:00 am until 12:00 pm, Monday-Friday.
